KITZ stainless steel flanged end ball valves are cast SCS13A or SCS14A floating ball valves built to bolt straight into flanged pipework — JIS 10K on the 10UTB series, ASME Class 150 and Class 300 on the 150UTB, 150UTDZM and 300UTDZM series. They are the range you specify when a screwed brass or stainless valve will not do: larger bores, corrosive or high-purity media, or a plant standard that requires flanged isolation throughout.
Concorde Valves & Automations is an authorised KITZ distributor operating from Mumbai. Because this range spans two flange standards, two bore options and several seat materials, we quote against a confirmed figure number rather than a generic description — send us the line data and we will get the model right first time.

A floating-ball design in cast stainless steel, built to bolt straight into flanged pipework — with the seat and certification options selected against your duty.
The ball is not trunnion-supported. Line pressure pushes it onto the downstream seat, and that is what gives the valve bubble-tight shut-off at low operating torque.
The standard soft-seated build uses KITZ HYPATITE PTFE, the company's own PTFE formulation. Other seat families cover the temperature extremes.
JIS 10K and ASME Class 150 are not interchangeable. They have different bolt circles, different bolt counts and different raised-face dimensions. A 10UTB will not bolt to an ASME Class 150 counter-flange, and a 150UTDZM will not bolt to a JIS 10K one. Confirm which standard your existing pipework uses before ordering — if you are unsure, send us a photograph of the mating flange and the bolt PCD.
The figures below cover the standard soft-seated builds. Pressure–temperature ratings derate with temperature and vary by class and seat material — we will confirm the exact rating against your duty from KITZ's P–T chart for the selected model.

KITZ splits this range by flange standard first, then by bore and seat. The table below is a selection guide, not a stock list — confirm the figure number with us before raising a purchase order.

| 150UTALM / 300UTALM | ASME Class 150 / 300 | Reduced | Cryogenic service |
Metal-seated and graphite-seated high-temperature builds are produced in the same series. If your service runs above the PTFE seat limit, tell us the operating temperature and we will identify the correct variant.
Stainless steel earns its cost premium where brass and cast iron will not survive: chlorides, acids, DM water, steam condensate, food contact and anything requiring a clean, non-shedding wetted surface.
Corrosive media, solvent and acid service
High-purity and CIP-compatible lines
Hydrocarbon isolation; firesafe builds where specified
Dosing, DM water, treated effluent
Stainless throughout the wetted path
Auxiliary, cooling and chemical dosing systems
ISO 5211 direct actuator mounting
Corrosion-resistant isolation duty
This is the KITZ range where getting the specification right matters most — and where a supplier who simply forwards your enquiry to a trader costs you time. The JIS series alone spans DN15 to DN200.
JIS 10K and ASME Class 150 / 300
Full bore and reduced bore
PTFE, metal, graphite and cryogenic
Firesafe builds certified to API 607
Ordering “a KITZ stainless flanged ball valve” without pinning down the figure number is how the wrong valve ends up on site. Multiply the options above and there are hundreds of valid combinations — only one of which fits your line.
Fluid, pressure, temperature, flange standard, bore requirement and how the valve will be operated.
We work back from your conditions to one KITZ figure number, and quote against that rather than a generic description.
Manufacturer's test certificate with the batch on request, from an authorised KITZ distributor since 2012.
If your line is threaded rather than flanged, the KITZ SZA forged brass range covers the same isolation duty in smaller bores. And where the KITZ brand is not a specification requirement, Concorde manufactures its own stainless steel ball valve range in-house.
Every claim below can be checked before you place an order — ask us for the certificate, the distributorship confirmation or the registration number and we will send it.
KITZ product comes through authorised channels, not the grey market — with KITZ's own cast body markings, figure number and pressure rating intact.
Our manufacturing runs under a certified quality management system, and the same process governs how bought-in product is received, stored and despatched.
Ask at order stage and we supply the MTC against your batch. On KITZ product that is the manufacturer's own certificate, not a document we generate.
A registered Indian manufacturer — which matters where your procurement policy requires it, and where MSME payment terms apply to the purchase.
Send size, material and end connection and you get price, availability and lead time inside a working day — or a straight answer that we cannot supply it.
Because we both manufacture and distribute, we have no reason to push one over the other. If the material is wrong for your fluid or the class is under-rated, we say so before quoting.
There are two families, depending on the flange standard your piping uses. For JIS 10K flanges the base figure number is 10UTB, with variants such as 10UTBD, 10UTBM, 10UTBO and 10UTDZ. For ASME flanges the equivalents are 150UTB and 150UTDZM in Class 150 and 300UTDZM in Class 300. Tell us the flange standard and we will confirm the exact figure number.
The flange drilling and the pressure class. 10UTB mates to JIS B2220 10K flanges, which are common on Japanese-origin and building-services piping in India. 150UTDZM mates to ASME Class 150 flanges. They are not interchangeable, and getting this wrong is the single most common ordering error we correct on this range.
Cast stainless steel: SCS13A (the cast equivalent of 304) or SCS14A (the cast equivalent of 316). Balls are SUS304, SUS316 or the cast equivalents; stems are SUS403 or SUS304. Where the fluid contains chlorides, specify the 316-grade build.
KITZ HYPATITE PTFE is the standard soft seat on this range. Metal-seated and graphite-seated builds exist for higher temperature duty, and cryogenic versions are also produced. Give us the operating temperature and fluid and we will confirm the correct seat.
Yes. The -FS suffix on the ASME range (for example 150UTDZM-FS and 300UTDZM-FS) denotes a firesafe build certified to API 607. If your specification calls for firesafe, say so at enquiry stage — it is a different valve, not an add-on.
Yes. KITZ builds ISO 5211 mounting pads into this range, so pneumatic and electric actuators mount directly without a bespoke bracket. Concorde supplies actuated assemblies and can mount, couple and stroke-test before despatch.
We hold the fastest-moving sizes at our Mumbai stockholding and call off the balance through our KITZ distributorship. Because this range spans two flange standards, several bores and multiple seat options, we confirm availability against your exact figure number rather than quoting a blanket stock position.
KITZ pressure-tests its valves to API 598 before despatch, and its flanged floating ball valves are certified to API 641 for fugitive emissions. We can supply the manufacturer's test certificate against your batch on request.
Send us the flange standard, size, fluid and operating conditions — we will confirm the KITZ figure number, price and lead time within 24 hours.
