KITZ Corporation builds ball valves across bronze, brass, cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel and stainless steel, in floating and trunnion-mounted designs, to ISO 17292, API 608, API 641 and JIS. Concorde Valves & Automations has been an authorised KITZ distributor since 2012, supplying that range from Mumbai to customers across India.
This page maps the KITZ ball valve families we supply so you can get to the right one quickly. If you already know the figure number, send it to us with the size and quantity and we will confirm price and lead time within 24 hours.

Four families cover most of what comes through our enquiry desk. Each links to a page with figure numbers, materials and ratings.
Type 600 forged brass, full bore, screwed ends, 600 psi WOG, 1/4"–4"
View range →10UTB JIS 10K and 150UTB / 150UTDZM ASME, SCS13A / SCS14A, DN15–DN200

Not sure which row applies? Send us the fluid, pressure, temperature, line size and flange standard and we will identify the correct KITZ figure number for you.
Three specification choices account for most of the variation in a KITZ ball valve. Settle them at enquiry stage and you avoid a return visit to site.
Decided by the fluid, not by the price.
Flow area against cost, weight and size.
The standard matters more than the type.
Start with what is going through the valve. Brass is the cost-effective default on compatible fluids; cast stainless steel earns its premium where brass will not survive.
Full bore buys you flow area. Reduced bore buys you a smaller, lighter, cheaper valve. Both are correct answers on the right line.
Screwed ends suit small-bore work and are standard on the brass range. Flanged ends take over above about 2 inch and on anything that has to come out for maintenance.
Get the connection standard confirmed before the order goes in. Mismatched thread forms and flange drillings are the single most common ordering error we correct on this range — and the one that costs the most time, because it is only discovered on site. If you are unsure, send us a photograph of the mating flange with the bolt PCD, or the thread gauge reading, and we will confirm it for you.
Genuine KITZ product sourced through authorised channels with original markings and documentation intact — not grey market.
Fast-moving sizes held locally, with the balance called off through our distributorship. Availability confirmed within 24 hours.
Manufacturer's test certificate available against your batch on request — ask for it at order stage.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified valve manufacturer we mount, couple and stroke-test actuated valves before despatch.
Concorde manufactures its own ball valve range in-house — manual, cast iron, stainless steel, pneumatic and electric — on the same design principles, without the imported-brand premium. Where your specification does not name KITZ, it is worth a comparison.
Every claim below can be checked before you place an order — ask us for the certificate, the distributorship confirmation or the registration number and we will send it.
KITZ product comes through authorised channels, not the grey market — with KITZ's own cast body markings, figure number and pressure rating intact.
Our manufacturing runs under a certified quality management system, and the same process governs how bought-in product is received, stored and despatched.
Ask at order stage and we supply the MTC against your batch. On KITZ product that is the manufacturer's own certificate, not a document we generate.
A registered Indian manufacturer — which matters where your procurement policy requires it, and where MSME payment terms apply to the purchase.
Send size, material and end connection and you get price, availability and lead time inside a working day — or a straight answer that we cannot supply it.
Because we both manufacture and distribute, we have no reason to push one over the other. If the material is wrong for your fluid or the class is under-rated, we say so before quoting.
Four families. SZA forged brass with screwed ends for general water, oil, gas and air isolation. Stainless steel flanged end valves in the 10UTB JIS 10K and 150UTB / 150UTDZM ASME series for corrosive and larger-bore duty. Micro ball valves for instrumentation and small-bore isolation. And the spherical disc ball valve range for process isolation.
Start with the fluid. Brass is fine on potable and general service water, compressed air, and many oils and gases, and it is significantly cheaper. It is not suitable for de-mineralised water, chlorides, seawater, dosing chemicals or anything that will de-zincify it. Then check the end connection: brass is screwed, so above about 2 inch a flanged stainless valve is usually the practical choice anyway.
Yes. Concorde Valves & Automations has been an authorised distributor and stockist of KITZ Corporation valves since 2012, operating from Mumbai and supplying across India. KITZ product is sourced through authorised channels, not the grey market.
A full bore valve has a ball port matching the pipe internal diameter, so there is almost no restriction and negligible pressure drop. A reduced bore valve steps the port down one size, which makes the valve smaller, lighter and cheaper but adds pressure drop. Specify full bore on pump suction lines, on anything that has to be pigged, and wherever the pressure drop budget is tight.
Yes. The stainless steel flanged range carries ISO 5211 mounting pads as standard, so pneumatic and electric actuators mount directly. Concorde assembles, couples and stroke-tests actuated valves before despatch rather than shipping loose components.
We hold the fastest-moving sizes and call off the balance through our KITZ distributorship. Because the ranges span several materials, bore options and end connections, we confirm availability against a specific figure number rather than quoting a blanket stock position.
Genuine valves carry KITZ's own cast body markings, the figure number and the pressure rating on the body, along with traceable documentation. Ask us for the manufacturer's test certificate with any order — we can supply it against the batch.
It depends on the range. The SZA forged brass valves run 1/4" to 4" (8–100 mm) at 4.14 MPa (600 psi) WOG non-shock, derating to 1.03 MPa at 150 °C. The stainless steel flanged range covers DN15 to DN200 (1/2" to 8") in JIS 10K on the 10UTB series, with ASME Class 150 and Class 300 builds also produced. Send us the line pressure and temperature and we will confirm the rating for the specific figure number against KITZ's pressure–temperature chart.
Send us the figure number, or just the fluid, size and end connection — we will identify the right KITZ valve and confirm price and lead time within 24 hours.
